DSA Names 2026–2027 Officers: Amway's Andrew Schmidt Takes Over as Chairman
The U.S. Direct Selling Association has announced the officers and board directors elected for the 2026–2027 term. Amway West Markets regional president Andrew Schmidt steps into the chairman's role, joined by two vice chairs and a returning treasurer.
A new slate at the top of the DSA
The U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA) has announced the officers and board members elected to serve during the 2026–2027 period, setting the leadership line-up for the trade group representing the direct selling channel.
Andrew Schmidt, regional president of Amway's West Markets region, has been elected Chairman. He is joined by two Vice Chairs: Nevena Srebreva, chief executive officer of Pampered Chef, and Allison Levy, Chief Legal Officer at Mary Kay Inc.
David R. Merriman, Executive Vice President at ACN, remains in place as Treasurer, providing a measure of continuity on the executive slate.
Past chairs stay on the board
Danny Lee, chairman and chief executive officer of 4Life, moves into the role of Immediate Past Chairman. Kevin Guest, executive chairman of the board at USANA Health Sciences, serves as Past Chairman.
Under the association's structure, board officers serve one-year terms, while directors are elected to three-year terms.
Directors elected through 2029
Five directors have been elected to terms running through 2029. They are Sarah Bjorgaard, Chief Sales Officer at Xyngular; Landen Fredrick, chairman and chief executive officer of Mannatech; and Reco McCambry, founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Novae.
Also joining the board are Ryan Reigle, president and chief executive officer of Regal Ware, and Mike Telliga, senior federal affairs executive at Amway.
The mix reflects a spread of functions across the channel, from sales and legal leadership to federal affairs, alongside chief executives of member companies.
